(British, 1857-1911), harbor with three-masted steamer, signed lower right "Joe Milne", oil on canvas, 16 x 12 in.; possibly original late 19th/early 20th century gilt wood and composition frame with heavy acanthus and boss decoration, label verso frame for "R. Stewart & Sons…Perth". Lined with wax and linen, crackle, cupping, retouch in sky and clouds, right center and top edges, lower left corner, less than 5 percent of surface affected; frame with some losses, liner resurfaced, abrasions. Provenance: Private Collection, Florida
