18th century spirits case,

hinged top opening to velvet-lined fitted interior with dividers, edges with barber pole inlay, lid and front with shell inlay, probably British, late 18th/early 19th century, 8-1/2 x 12 x 8-1/2 in., with nine possibly original bottles and dish with gilt decoration. Veneer cracks and separations (largest 3-3/4 in.), some loss to barber pole inlay, interior fabric faded and worn, bottles and dish with chips, scratches, one bottle with large base crack and chip, bails possibly replaced.
