Charles Dickens, published London, Chapman and Hall, 1861, three volumes, later issue, lacking advertisements, three-quarter brown calf with marbled boards, edges and endpapers, raised bands, gilt panels, red and green title panels, 7-1/2 x 4-5/8 in. Edge wear, scattered ink stains mostly to fore edges, light scuffs, minor foxing, each volume inscribed on front fly page, slight warpage to Volume I. Provenance: Private Collection
