each with carved seat frames and legs in the provincial French taste, upholstered and sprung seats, one with green silk damask upholstery in the chinoiserie taste, one with green-to-gold velvet upholstery, probably late 19th century, 22-1/2 x 41 x 16-3/4 in. Generally good condition with normal wear and abrasions, not examined under upholstery. Provenance: The Estate of the Late Thelma H. Osborne, Wilkesboro, North Carolina
