fantasy settee with carved and gessoed wood with silver gilt and varnished surface, shell and seahorse back centering starfish and snake, pierce carved crest, dolphin carved arms, shell-form seats and carved legs, original surface, late 19th/early 20th century, 43 x 41 x 20-1/4 in.; [en suite] with previous lot and following two lots. Wear and surface losses, some separations and losses at joints including large separation across center of back, two later braces to back panel, break and repair to one rear leg.
