mahogany, in the form of ruins of a classical temple, flanked by palm trees, partial label verso "…Interlachen", probably a Grand Tour souvenir, possibly for a KPM plaque, Swiss, 19th century, 21-1/2 x 13-3/4 in. Good condition with scattered chips and losses to carved elements, replaced mirror plate, original backboard, lacking fold-down stand.
