(Swiss, 1812-1880), view of Ossingen, Switzerland, signed lower right "fecit J. Eggli/18…", gouache, watercolor and ink on paper (possibly over a lithograph), sketch or lithograph verso for "Der Rheinfall bei Schaffhausen", 13-1/8 x 19 in.; 19th century wood and composition frame. Small hole, tears (three taped verso, longest 3 in.), creases with some loss of paint, taped to verso of mat, abrasions; frame with losses and abrasions.
