variegated pink to ivory marble top, gilt and Prussian blue painted frame fitted with single long drawer, fully decorated on back, dovetailed construction with oak secondary, frieze drawer and back with carved and applied composition chain and rosette decoration, Continental, probably Italian, second half 19th century, 28-3/4 x 35 x 20-3/4 in. Good condition overall, scattered minor losses and retouch to painted and gilt surface, marble top original with repaired breaks (restored with inset metal cross braces on underside). Provenance: The Estate of the Late C. David Williams, Atlanta, Georgia
