beveled glass top with marquetry inlaid and rosewood veneered surround, top opening to velvet-lined interior, bronze mounts, cabriole legs, French, late 19th/early 20th century, 29-1/4 x 35-1/2 x 21-1/2 in. Minor cracks and veneer repairs, rear skirt possibly lacking veneer, later velvet lining with stains and wear. Provenance: The Estate of the Late Thelma H. Osborne, Wilkesboro, North Carolina
