A black bakelite and silver-mounted Charity Shield

A black bakelite and silver-mounted Charity Shield plaque, the octagonal backplate inscribed Tottenham Hotspur v. F.A. XI, at Tottenham, 12th August 1961, the centre inscribed Football Association Charity Shield, easel support, 13.5cm., 5 1/4in. As Spurs had won the double in 1960-61, their Charity Shield opponents were a F.A. XI whom they defeated 3-2. LOTS 92 (LEFT) AND 93 (RIGHT) HAVE BEEN ILLUSTRATED TOGETHER.
