Gil Merrick's England goalkeeper's shirt cloth badge from the international match v Hungary in Budapest 23rd May 1954 in which he conceded an all time record of seven goals, inscribed v Hungary, 1954, mounted on a fabric background and signed in marker pen by the England goalkeeper who had the unenviable task of picking the ball out of his own net on seven occasions in this match, the 7-1 thrashing being England's heaviest ever defeat, framed & glazed, 34 by 27cm., 13 1/2 by 10 1/2in.
