Emile A. Gruppe (American, 1896-1978), "Drying the Sails", oil on canvas, 30" x 25", signed LR. Inscribed with the name of the artist and the title of the painting on stretcher verso. Very good, unlined condition. In a fine carved and gilded frame measuring 39" x 34".
