Mid 20th Century bronze wall plaque sculpture, 15 5/8" x 22 3/4", signed Abbott Lawrence Pattison. Good condition. Listed in "Who's Who in America 1962-63", born in Chicago in 1916, Pattison worked in China, Japan and Europe, and, among his many other accomplishments, taught at the Chicago Art Institute from 1946-1951. He received numerous art show prizes for his sculptures.
