Germany, ca. 1900, unusual two face character with bisque swivel head contained in papier mache hood with smiling and crying faces. Both faces have finely painted eyebrows and lashes, blue glass eyes, on a composition shoulder plate with cloth torso and composition lower arms and legs. Wearing original light weight cotton print dress with silk ribbon trim. 16.5" H. Excellent
