Germany ca. 1890, a grocery store for the French-speaking market consisting of an open stall with sponge-painted base, open shelves and eleven drawers (one drawer missing label) labeled cafe, farina (damaged), moka, sel fin, sucre, (2) dragees, canelle and sel gris, stocked with biscuit boxes, sacks of meal, portion of a scale, and ten cardboard plates of painted plaster foods. 18.5" L., 8.5" D., 20" H.
