France, ca. 1880, pressed bisque socket head incised Depose E9J, brown paperweight eyes, finely painted brows and lashes, closed mouth, applied pierced ears with original Jumeau earrings, original blonde mohair wig with cork pate and non-original early Sonneberg jointed composition body with straight wrists. Wearing original tan wool two-piece suit with matching cape and hat. Wardrobe includes pink satin dress with matching hat, fur hat and muff, two piece aqua silk dress, brown wool jacket, blue wool hat, assorted underwear, contained in original leather dome top trunk with tray, painted "Dolly" on lid. 21" H.
