Translated out of Italian into English by E[dward] D[acres]., first edition in English, title professionally remargined, slighty soiled and with a few small spots, A2 minor repair to upper corner, B6 printing flaw to lower half of text, resulting in feinter print, but still legible, C3&C6 with some marginal soiling, C6 very minor loss to upper corner, just touching printed border, G7 very small section excised from lower margin, vey small hole to outer margin of O6, small worm traces to head of H1-N4, touching printed border, very minor loss to upper corners of I6-I11, slighty more pronounced to L6-N3, with minor loss to upper margins, H2 small early marginal ink scribble, but still a very good copy, 20th century polished calf, spine in compartments and richly gilt, dark green morocco label, [STC 17168; cf. PMM 63], 12mo, printed by R. Bishop, for Wil: Hils, and are to be sold by Daniel Pakeman at the signe of the Rainebow neare the Inner Temple gate, 1640.
