first edition, printed in red and black, double column, title with large woodcut vignette within wide floral woodcut borders, 2 full-page woodcut illustrations, printer's device to foot of final f. and initials throughout, title remargined, *2-9, B8, a1, c3&6-8 and d8 all remargined at head, with running titles either fully or partially supplied in red ink, several other headlines shaved with loss, B3, e2, f6, o2, r2 (more extensive), s1&8 and 2b1 with professionally and skilfully repaired tears within text, no loss of text, large stain to q6, final f. with extensive repairs, no loss of text, browned and with a few other small stains or finger marks, handsome antique style brown crushed morocco by Angulo, spine gilt, inner green morocco doublures, rich gilt dentelles, silk endpapers, cloth slip-case, [Gallardo 3440; Salvá 3117; Palau 64966], folio, Salamanca, Arnao Guillen de Brocar, 1517.
