Description: [8], 167 pp. Translated from the William Caxton 1483 edition. Title-page illustration, plus 6 head-pieces and initials by Valenti Angelo. 9¼x6½, full red morocco, raised bands, pages unopened. One of a total of 200 hand-numbered copies printed by the Grabhorn Press, this copy out of series and not numbered.Date on title page corrected by hand. Penciled note on front free endpaper reading "Dear Dave: This is one of the first bindings therefore the title was never put on the cover. E. Grabhorn." Laid in is a proof sheet of pages 3-6 with the initial letters drawn by hand (presumably by Valenti Angelo) and differing from the final printed version. GB 142.
