Number 2 of 25 'Special Copies' thus prepared.Limitation unsigned though called for by Heller and Magee to be signed by the printer and editor. 2 original documents at rear though only one called for by Heller and Magee. The documents are a Sonoma Valley Bank check drawn on the account of M.G. Vallejo dated April 13, 1876 and a petition to Justice of the Peace Frederick P. Tracy by William A. Few requesting the grant of a parcel of land in the "Mission Dolores District" of San Francisco and the grant of said parcel by Justice Tracy dated February 11th, 1850 together on a single folded sheet.
