Scotia, California Real Photo Lot Impressive lot of real photo postcards capturing this logging town circa 1910. Named by early woodsmen from Nova Scotia, home of Pacific Lumber Co. Six are images from a hilltop giving a wide view of the town, mill and the Eel River, used in the logging operation. Two show the hotel and First National Bank. Last three images are of log-laden train and the depot. 11
