A VICTORIAN WALNUT MELODEON, American, 19th century. The portable reed organ has a rectangular box-like case with folding top that opens to a four octave keyboard and stands on twin lyre-form supports braced by a scroll-cut stretcher with cast iron foot pedals. Dimensions: 30.25"H x 38.75"L x 19.75"D.
