LOMAX FOOTED HAND LAMP, kerosene period, colorless, font with medial band of diamonds in circles, lower portion with 18 panels, embossed with 1870 patent date, "OIL GUARD LAMP" and "TRADE MARK" under base, #1 Taplin-Brown collar. Second half 19th century. 5 3/4" h, 3 3/4" dia foot.
