TULIP AND COLUMNAR STAND LAMP, whale oil/fluid period, colorless, columnar stem and double-step base with row of beads, wafer construction, brass #2 fine line collar with unusual hammered texture. Probably Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. Third quarter 19th century. 12 1/2" h, 4 1/4" sq base.
Condition report
Shallow chip to one stem rib, open bubble to one upper base corner, sliver chip and flake to lower base edge
