BLOWN-MOLDED GI-7 TYPE IV VARIANT CRUET OR TOILET BOTTLES, LOT OF TWO, steel blue and violet blue, first with upper neck ribs continuing to rim and ground top rim, second with upper neck ribs ending evenly below rim and polished top rim, both featuring a ribbed base without pontil mark, first with non-original Tam-O'-Shanter stopper. Produced by the blow-over and crack off method, as outlined by Wilson, resulting in the unusual rim and base treatments. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. and others. 1825-1835. 5 1/2" and 5 3/4" h to lips.
