LEE/ROSE NO. 586-B CUP PLATE, colorless, embossed "Ringgold. Palo Alto", 18 large scallops with smaller scallop and two points between. Extremely rare. Philadelphia area, possibly Union Glass Works. Second quarter 19th century. 3 7/16" dia.

Condition report
Near proof for this plate having only one lightly tipped large scallop along with moderate under-rim flaking/mold roughness which does not affect the rim profile, small underfill to table ring
