Oil on Masonite, This early 20th C. painting is an impressionist style landscape with female figures and measures 28" H x 23" W, unsigned, painting does have an early liner with a replaced exterior contemporary antique style gilt wood frame, very heavy frame.
Provenance: Private Collection of Michigan Collector. Condition reportBlack light examination reveals an area of in-painting in the center of the image, measuring approx. 7" x 4" W, there is another area to the left lower center that measures approx. 3-1/2" diameter and there are other small areas of in-painting, the figures show no in-painting, painting has been cleaned and restored, painting was not removed from frame for examination.
