Modeled as a 5-prong cant hook, the item does have an additional trapped ball and swivel eyelet, measures 12" H x 4-3/4" diameter.
Condition reportShows some moderate wear consistent with age, possibly missing a very small sliding cover that would measure 1/2" x 3" and there is also a shrinkage fracture on the bottom, by the hooks.
