Pre-Columbian Polychrome Pottery Cylinder, Maya, c. 550-950 A.D., the slightly flared form depicting four elite figures wearing elaborate headdresses and ornaments, pink glyph band encircling rim and between portraits, (paint loss), ht. 4 1/8 dia. 3 7/8 in. Pictured in " Painting the Mayan Universe: Royal Ceramics of the Classic Period, Dorie Reents-Budet, 1994m pg.168.
