Province of North Carolina. December 1768 Act. Three Pounds. "Proclamation Money." PASS-CO graded Very Fine-35 "Jumbo margins."
"Jumbo margins" is noted on holder, as this note has four impressive, Jumbo margins highlighting its sharp black printed text. Four full signatures and the serial number add some color plus eye appeal. Overall, this note is quite clean, lightly circulated and has some typical contemporary notations on the blank reverse. Light edge split restoration is noted on the holder and virtually invisible. This is a scarce, superior quality note, specially with such wonderful Jumbo margins. PMG does not record having certified even a single note of this denomination.
