ANTIQUE STYLE GOLD GATE BRACELET

Antique Style 14k Gold Victorian Gate Bracelet with a Gold Heartshaped Lock dangling. This GATE BRACELET was Originally designed in England circa 1880 during the reign of Queen Victoria. They were made to resemble the barred Gates in castles around the English Countryside. The Original Heart Padlock was drawn from the locks on Castle gates, and was a working lock and key. The Victorian lady would give the key to her lover as a symbol of their enduring love for one another. This Bracelet was made by hand winding Gold wire onto rods to create each link & then it was assembled by hand. This 14k Gold Gate Bracelet is 1/2 inch Wide and it is 7 1/4" inlength. This beautiful Solid Gold bracelet is a reminder of days gone by and it IS in Mint condition!
