This is a very scarce sheet printed off the original plates for the Continental Congress Issued Currency of February 26, 1777 in Baltimore. Denominations included on this sheet are: $2, $3, $4, $5, $6, $7, $8 & $30. The very sharp, evenly trimmed margins are full and clear on all sides and just a hair close at the upper right. This sheet is very faintly folded in between the four quarters and appears Very Choice to Gem as individual notes. The paper is clean and even in color and the black printed text and designs are sharp and distinct. A very rare, attractive uncut Seventh Issue Continental Detector Sheet.
