This is a very scarce Upstate New York private issue, Signed in text by Edmund Lee as Treasurer. It is a uniface, black printed note, with an ornate border design and a well printed and very original appearance, with four large to jumbo margins. Ex: EAHA Auction, April 21, 2001, Lot 588, where it sold for $576.
