This note has three vertical folds with some sealed tiny internal and edge splits and typical contemporary notations on the blank reverse. It is whole and complete with a restored lower corner tips. A fairly nice looking example for this early North Carolina issue. Ex: EAHA Auction, August 22, 1998, Lot 423, where it sold for $435.
