A remarkable specimen having such a bright, clean obverse appearance, rarely found so bright and pleasing. Superb, vivid red and brown signatures and serial number against clean, fresh paper. Two pieces of clear older tape are found at the edges on the bottom and right of the verso sealing small splits.
