A scarce late issue note that has the "PENNSYL-VANIA" watermark within its white laid paper. This note has the appearance of being nearly CU from the well centered face, but for a faint horizontal fold. It is well printed in black and has a rich red signature and serial number. Ex: EAHA Auction, December 8, 2001, Lot 788, where it sold for $325.
