Front page has a long column of text relating news about "An Act regulating Foreign Coins, and for other purposes," signed in print by Jonathan Trumbull, John Adams, and President George Washington. Brown-toned paper with heavy dampstaining, a few minor holes. Brown-inked signature of a previous owner along top margin, beautiful printed graphic of an heraldic eagle. A nice example.
