MILLARD FILLMORE, Thirteenth President of the United States.
Rare January 15, 1849 Dated, Partly-Printed Document Signed, "Millard Fillmore," in fountain pen ink, as New York State Comptroller, one-page trimmed sheet, Albany, NY, 7.25" x 8", Choice Very Fine. The six percent bond, printed on thin paper, is docketed on the back. However, there are four very small punch cancel holes through Fillmore's dark bold brown signature.
