Printed Booklet, "AN ORATION DELIVERED AT IPSWICH, At the Request of a Number of the Inhabitants, On the Twenty-ninth of April, 1783; ON ACCOUNT OF THE HAPPY RESTORATION OF PEACE, Between Great Britain and the United States of America." Written by Levi Frisbie. This is a first edition, still bound to the original printed wrappers, although most of the pages are dog-eared and the last leaf of the booklet is missing, making the speech incomplete. 7.5" x 6", 22 pages, various degrees of soiling, toning, and foxing, bound with string. A historic American Revolutionary War era imprint.
