Wonderful "Benjamin Harrison" Headed Walking Stick
c. 1888, "Benjamin Harrison" Head Handle Walking Stick, Choice Very Fine.
This is a 36" long cane constructed of a simple turned, wooden shaft with a 2.5" pewter bust of Benjamin Harrison as a handle. The cane is missing its ferrule, and bears some expected wear including minor nicks and scratches to the wood as well as the handle that do little to detract from this elegant piece with a superb likeness of the 23rd President. A sharp looking, impressive political collectable.
