HIGH END! PCGS can be so brutal sometimes. Even using a strong glass, we see no reason why this coin is only a PR63. The mirrors are really clean, clear, deep, and flashy. A beautiful mix of moderate blue/pale purple covers both sides. This is NOT a dull coin! Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is fantastic! Only 865 were minted.
