Meccano No.2 Constructor Car, pre-war - scarce large tinplate clockwork Racing Car - of nut and bolt construction, with substantial clockwork motor, original red wheels and white tyres but the body and wings have been overpainted a matching colour, the spare tyre is repro, includes steering gear and hand-brake, includes windscreen and driver. Also supplied with a number of loose fittings including 2 x baseplates, alternative rounded rear body section, cast spare wheel, Bugatti style grille, keys and other small fittings - Fair to Good example which displays well.
