MBU SP oxygen mask complete with original parts and helmet, Columbus Milpa & Mfg Co., Sierra Mfg. Co. on the mask, visor in tack, but minus pull down knob. Interior of the helmet is better than we usually see in these but has some problems. The helmet has some cracking around pressure points, the mask is complete and aside from age. VG condition.
