Rare Weller vase by artist Mae Timberlake, 19 1/4", 1900 - 1930. Mae was commissioned by Hunter Arms to decorate 3 pieces depicting the owner's hunting dogs. This is one of the original large vases. From this vase came numerous smaller versions of the vase which were given as prizes to Hunter Arms employees. The vase is beautifully done in standard glaze and with great detail. One of the finer Weller pieces in existence. Damage free and absolutely stunning.
