CONDITION: 2008 PF describes as cancel removed, 1972 PF says stain spot at top and has pencil "stain was dirt spot that was subsequently removed". 1972 PF also identifies stamp as a First Design, Scott 60 / 70eTC; bottom right perfs cut close with scissors. GRADE: Fine CERTIFICATES: 1972 and 2008 PF COMMENTS: The footnote in the Scott catalogue below the listing for Scott 70 reads, "Nos. 70c and 70d are on a thinner, harder and more transparent paper than (the others).
