CONDITION: gum harshly described by PF as part as virtually all of the stamp is covered -- in our opinion enough to meet the standard for "og", well-centered, small thin and staining at bottom GRADE: Extremely Fine CERTIFICATE: 2008 PF COMMENTS: This is a very elusive stamp in original gum condition. In many collections, this space is filled with either a used example, often with poor centering, a heavy cancel and faults, or an unused 1875 Reissue (Scott 132) -- and only 1,356 of these exist.
