Barron, Sevilla 1860"; period or original gilt frame. Inherited by the consignor from her mother; procured in the 1950's in Spain by a gentleman who worked for J. Paul Getty.

Condition report

Very nice looking with great detail. As viewed under UV light: c. 20-40% spotty overpainting but not in the signature, location or date; laid down on masonite; needs some cleaning; still has the original stretchers; period or original gilt frame is chipped and nicked, has patina loss and is pulling apart slightly.
