Acknowledges the promotion of the nobleman, Macief Frankowski, to the modern day rank of Lieutenant Colonel of the army; royal seal affixed to notarize the king's signature; framed. S.A. Poniatowski was the last king of Poland.

As viewed under room light in the unopened frame: document has been folded and has some small tears developing along the folds; foxing and some very noticeable staining (including water staining); some bleeding/loss of the ink due to the water; floated in the frame but has staple holes in the top and bottom; has small losses and tears along the edges; corner creases on the right side; left red seal is missing.
