19TH C KENTUCKY FOLK ART PAINTING - M RICHTER

Oil painting on canvas unframed signed lower right M Richter. Title " Our Kentucky Home". Signed and dated 1880 on reverse. Beautiful Kentucky farm house scene with white picket fence. Canvas measures 22" high by 36" wide. There are four holes in the canvas and it is becoming very thin in areas. Painting is unframed with obvious condition issues. See images
