Marklin -Large Field Gun - circa 1902 / 3

Marklin - Lange Feldgeschutz [Large Field Gun] - circa 1902 / 3 - [O/A Length 38cm, barrel length 23cm] - modelled on the early Krupp breech loaders of the late 19th Century, comprising: white metal barrelled Field Gun with operating firing mechanism, elevating gear, spoked wheels, ammunition box with 3 [replacement] cannon balls, gun laying tools & single trail. Green painted with detail in black, marked to underside with the pre-1914 Marklin crest & "Wurtemberg". Some minor age wear otherwise Excellent & complete overall. Very RARE, the earliest example to be offered by Vectis.
